Cancellation Policy
NEW POLICY READ CAREFULLY. EFFECTIVE 11/4/2024
Your appointment time is valuable to me. I want to make sure that you receive the best
service possible during your scheduled appointment. To help me do this, please notify me at least within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel or adjust the time. I’ll be happy to help you reschedule. Because each appointment time is reserved for a valued client, I ask that you let me know as soon as possible if you're running late or can't make it. Failure to give at least 24 hours' notice will result in being charged 50 % of the price for your appointment for last minute cancelations. No shows will also be charged the 100% and may be required to make a deposit when booking a future appointment.
Everyone will be required to put in a card on file when booking. Your card will never be charged if you come to your appointments at the time we booked. It will only be charged if you fail to acknowledge or follow the policy rules I have put in place. I am the most understanding person, just message me and we can work something out
